After coming to Nashville in 1984 to tour with singer Russ Taff, Hall established himself as one of Music City’s top session and touring keyboard players. Over the last quarter century, he’s hit the road with such acts as SheDaisy, Ronnie Milsap, Mark Farner (Grand Funk Railroad), Giant, The Imperials, David Meece, The Girls Next Door, Judson Spence, Anita Cochran and Lari White while recording with and/or arranging for Randy Travis, Little Big Town, Restless Heart, Ray Price, Michael Peterson, Brian White, Rhett Akin, Angela Kassett and standards crooner Dominic Chianese (Uncle Junior on The Sopranos). His fluent and agile work on piano and Hammond B-3 organ provides major musical colors and tones within the SPB sound, and Larry is also adept on the Fender Rhodes, Wurlitzer, synthesizer and harmonica. |
